The average lead time is 4 to 6 weeks but it may be longer depending on the part you requested.

You can renew your warranty by contacting a SCS’s Customer Service Representative at 801-737-3114 x 118. Have the park location, name and opening date available when calling. If the structure is less than one (1) year old we can extend the warranty for 5% of the original purchase price. If the structure is more than one (1) year old you will be referred to “PurePlay Waterpark Restoration” for a consult, cleaning and warranty renew opportunity.

Your warranty is good for one year from shipment from SCS’s plant or if SCS installed the structure, one year from the date of the install.
All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping unless other arrangements have been made.
All unused, off the shelf parts can be returned and your money will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping. Custom ordered parts are non-refundable.
